PROOF supported Odido in the internal transition from T-Mobile to Odido, a fundamental change with direct impact on identity, culture and performance. The focus was on anchoring new values and explicitly linking leadership and behaviour to the new brand identity. PROOF helped make the transition manageable through sharp choices in leadership communication and internal alignment, ensuring that the new identity was consistently reflected in behaviour across the organisation.

PROOF supports Univé in strengthening alignment with its strategy. In a rapidly changing societal context, Univé is continuously in transition. This requires adaptability from employees and sharp leadership. PROOF helps employees and leaders understand what the strategy and external developments mean for their work, so they feel capable and motivated to deliver on that direction. The employer narrative Het mooie van Univé provides clear direction and coherence, reinforcing consistency in how Univé guides its employees through the transformation.

Since 2023, PROOF has partnered with Esprit Schools in Amsterdam. Within this diverse group of primary and secondary schools, the central question was how to attract and retain the right talent. Based on an analysis of the existing employer profile, PROOF helped translate this challenge into a clear employer value proposition. Through internal campaigns such as Ik deel mijn Esprit and Heb jij Esprit?, leaders and employees were successfully engaged as ambassadors of this promise, ensuring it resonated both internally and externally
