Employer branding & recruitment marketing

PROOF supported CBR in strengthening its employer brand, driven by the strategical need to structurally recruit more examiners and reduce waiting times for driving tests. PROOF developed a sharply defined employee value proposition, a consistent candidate journey and a strong recruitment campaign: De Examinator. The result: higher-quality applicants and sufficient hiring to sustainably strengthen capacity.

PROOF has supported Royal FloraHolland for many years in strengthening its employer brand. The transformation from a physical to a digital auction required different knowledge and capabilities, particularly in logistics and IT departments. PROOF helped translate this strategic challenge into a coherent employer branding approach, connecting positioning and recruitment choices. Concepts such as Groei mee and Bloei were deployed as the foundation for effective recruitment campaigns. The result: greater clarity and consistency in employer brand positioning, and despite a tight labour market, sufficient new hires to sustainably meet staffing needs.

PROOF supported the municipalities of Haarlem and Zandvoort in building one unified employer brand, essential for attracting the right talent in a competitive labour market. PROOF developed a clear employer value proposition and a distinctive employer branding concept, supported by a targeted talent market approach. In parallel, PROOF guided the internal launch to ensure that the employer brand was not only visible externally, but also consistently owned and embedded within the organisation.
