PROOF supported ONVZ in implementing a sharpened strategy and embedding its intensified collaboration with VGZ. In partnership with De Atleetfabriek, PROOF developed targeted leadership interventions. PROOF also supported the positioning of leadership and internal communication, ensuring that employees understand what is required and are willing and able to move forward with the transition.

PROOF guides UWV in redesigning its communication function, merging central and decentralised communication teams. The objective is to strengthen the strategic position of communication within an organisation of significant societal and operational complexity.
