PROOF supported Univé in gaining insight into the impact of AI on the role of HR within the organisation. Based on these insights, we helped shape an HR vision on the use of AI. We then supported HR in activating leaders and employees to engage with the available AI and data initiatives. 

 

 

 

Across various programmes, PROOF supports ASML in exploring what AI means for communication within a high-tech and fast-changing environment. The focus is not on the technology itself, but on how AI can contribute to alignment, ensuring consistent choices and communication tailored to different audiences and moments in the employee journey. This creates greater control over how technological developments are explained, interpreted and embraced within the organisation. 

 

 

 

Technological and AI developments challenge HR professionals to embed these innovations in a human-centred and meaningful way in daily practice. Within HR Academy, PROOF inspires participants on this topic through Sascha Becker, Managing Director of PROOF. From a strategic perspective, he explores what AI and technology require from leadership, communication and the employee journey, looking beyond tools and applications. The focus is on adoption: how employees remain engaged, how decisions are understood, and how technology contributes to coherence between people, work and strategy.
