To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Medior Change Consultant with a strong communication profile, who will primarily work on one of PROOF’s key client accounts. You will be part of a high-performing team supporting large-scale transformation in a complex, international environment.

Your profile

You are comfortable working in complex international transformation programs, helping senior leaders translate strategy into clear direction and alignment across the organization.

You are strong and B-Corp-minded, and able to challenge clients using our Happy Change philosophy.

You enjoy working in high-performing teams, engaging with senior stakeholders and top-tier consultancies, and thrive in environments where pace, complexity, and collaboration come together.
Your work includes

Structuring complex transformation topics into clear strategic storylines, high-quality presentations, and communication assets

Designing and delivering leadership alignment programs with a strong focus on change communication, ensuring consistency in leadership messaging

Supporting program management and coordinating across initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders

Facilitating workshops and alignment sessions with international teams
You bring
-
An international mindset, for example through international studies, internships, relationships, or a global trainee program
-
3–5 years of experience in consulting, organizational transformation, or international corporate communication
-
Experience working in complex international matrix organizations
-
Experience with leadership and change communication in complex transformations
-
Affinity with technology-driven transformation
-
Excellent PowerPoint and narrative-building skills
-
A proactive and agile mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity

Fluent (native-level) English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a must
