Our employee journey model

Our proprietary employee journey model serves as a holistic approach to help clients assess their organisation from the perspective of the employee experience. The findings then provide a strong foundation from which to systematically future-proof the organisation. The various stages and factors covered by the model provide insight into your organisation’s infrastructure and dynamics. Giving clear guidance on where there are opportunities to improve talent attraction, engagement and retention (or even respectful offboarding).
